30-Day Happiness Guarantee

If you're not in love with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or a replacement.

How to start a return

Email us at support@steamgroom.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue, and we'll send you simple return instructions.

Condition

Items should be in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, certain used grooming items may only be eligible for a replacement — just ask and we'll sort it out for you.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a free replacement — no need to return the item.
